Personal Training

We provide individualized adaptive personal training specifically designed for each client athlete and their unique goals, personal fitness desires, and functional needs.  

  • Listen to client goals and needs

  • Initial assessment providing recommendations for training plan

  • Researched-based and individual client data driven training plan 

  • Monthly monitored plan report supporting client/athlete accountability

  • Nutritional and wellness coaching

Group Fitness Classes

Engaging, Upbeat, Action-packed!! …And really just down right FUN!

We provide various group fitness classes uniquely designed and differentiated for individuals with exceptionalities.  

  • Super hero, Dance – a – Rama, You’re a Star, Cowboy Up, Etc. monthly rotation (Cardio focus)

  • Self-Defense – all things self advocacy and self protection movements ( Self-Defense focus)

  • Circuit Training – Providing strength training, and cardio driven

Rhythm/ ADHD/ ADD Class

A specialized program crafted to address the distinct needs of individuals with ADHD/ADD. Exceptional Access trainers work in close partnership with clients and their caregivers to deliver highly personalized support. This includes adaptive fitness training, tailored nutritional planning, and executive functioning coaching, all aimed at enhancing focus, promoting consistency, and ensuring long-term engagement and success at home and in the classroom.

Aquatic Classes

In water cardio and functional fitness supporting resistance training that provides for improved cardiovascular function, strength, and overall less exercise stress on joints.  Increased resistance equates more caloric burn all while providing soothing support for the nervous system.
